Tutorial | How To “Roll” Stock Futures Contracts (When & Why)

Futures contracts are derivatives with expiration dates like options. The stock indices expire quarterly on the last month of each quarter. In this tutorial, I show how to roll forward, or “roll,” and easily add the new front month contract to a watchlist on the TradingView site.
