Account faq's

All TDG Forevah members have access to the daily live stream ProTrading Room (PTR). You login to the room here: https://tradersdevgroup.com/ptr/

The password for the PTR changes each week.  Most weeks you will receive an email on Sunday night with the password for the week.  If you do not receive an email, the password is shown inside the PTR portal.  Please note, the PTR portal is a separate site from the trade room software. 

Please watch this video for instructions on how to find the PTR password inside the PTR portal. Where to find the trade room password for the week.  Your password for the PTR portal is different and unique to you. I know, it's a bit meta.

The TDG training, documentation, video lessons, and courses are all found in the Members Hub.  You get to the Hub from the MEMBER LOGIN button on the home page www.tradersdevgroup.com

During the sign-up process, you should receive a link via email to join the private Discord server where we share ideas on futures, funding programs, stocks, options, and crypto. If you do not receive an email with the Discord link, please send an email to info@tradersdevgroup.com from the email address you used to sign-up for your membership using the Subject: Discord. 

TDG membership includes a suite of custom indicators for the popular online charting site TradingView.

To download and license the TDG indicators for TradingView, please provide your TradingView user name using this form. Instructions on how to install the indicators, and complete training on the settings and strategies are found in the Help Center Library.

TDG members get access to several custom indicators for NinjaTrader.

Support faq's

Please check the Help Library prior to submitting a ticket. If you can't find your answers here in these FAQs, or the Help Center, you are welcome to create a ticket using the Support Help Desk Site.

No one uses the phone anymore. ?  We strongly prefer email or a messenger service like Telegram or Discord, but if you must hear one of our fabulous voices, please text 415-786-7482 with a brief note and we can find a way to talk. 

Billing faq's

Nope. There is no auto-rebill. At the end of your trial, you'll be sent a series of emails with details on the membership plans and options. 

What? You're leaving us? Ha! No worries, we get it.

It's very easy to cancel any recurring membership, subscription, or account you have with TDG with no questions asked. We might cry or whimper a bit though.

To leave the GROUP, please send an email to info@tradersdevgroup.com with the Subject Line: "No Mas!"  Just kidding, again. Humor helps us dull the pain of your departure.

We ask that you give 10-days notice prior to the renewal date of your subscription.

That's it. Of note, if you cancel an installment plan for a Lifetime Membership, you do forfeit all the payments made toward the plan and software licenses will terminate.

Sorry, we're not able to do that. 

You may see a refund policy for some services or products. However, there are no refunds for trials, installments for Forevah, or the one-time Forevah payment. We offer trials and several extended free looks each year, so if you're not sure that TDG is for you, please don't purchase a membership.
